Launched in March this year, www.properazzi.com is already making big waves in the overseas property search market. Europe’s largest property portal can search for properties to buy and rent in nearly all European languages and currencies. There are over 2.2 million property listings in 45 European countries, and Properazzi has just added Egypt, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia to its search.

www.quintessentiallyestates.com is for househunters who want the best. Part of the global private members’ club and concierge service, the site has top-notch property listings from around the world – from a $10 million island in Brazil to a €22 million des res in the French West Indies. There is also a bespoke property finding service: you pay £500, redeemable against the final purchase price, and 1.5 per cent commission. Househunters also get a trial club membership of Quintessentially for three months.
