Amy Winehouse is to play at this year's T in the Park festival, a year after she cancelled her performance at the last minute, it was confirmed today.
The troubled star pulled out of last year's festival at Balado, Kinross-shire, due to "exhaustion".
Winehouse will play the main stage on the Sunday of Scotland's biggest weekend music festival, which runs from Friday 11-13 July.
Organisers said the Back to Black star was keen to return to Scotland after enjoying the reception when she played two shows at the Glasgow Barrowland venue last year.
A T in the Park spokeswoman said: "She is honouring her commitment to the festival last year when she could not play.
"She is a phenomenal talent and it has always been her intention to come and play at T after what happened last year.
"She felt really bad about pulling out last year.
"She got such a great reception at the Barrowlands, and she's said she wishes she could play Scotland every night."
Last year the troubled singer cancelled her appearance hours before she was due on stage.
She blamed exhaustion and said her doctor had advised her not to perform.
This year she joins a line-up that includes headliners REM and The Verve, plus The Fratellis, Primal Scream and KT Tunstall.
Other acts set to play are Kings of Leon, Kaiser Chiefs and Stereophonics.
Crowds of 80,000 are expected to attend the festival at Balado, Kinross-shire, which is Scotland's biggest outdoor music event.

If I could get there anyother way beside air, I would be first in line. I would love to see her show. Ever since I heard her Back to Black, the music has been in my head daily. I love the sound, the beat, not so much the words as they are so sad but that is the blues...my prayers are with her.
